Different ways to sweat in our classic sauna:
- Steam bath: Temperature ca. 40 – 46° C, Humidity 100 %
- Herbal sauna: Temperature ca. 50 – 55 °C, Humidity 30 – 40 %
- Finnish sauna: Temperature ca. 80–100 °C, dry Sauna
- Salt steam room: Temperature ca. 35–40 °C, infrared heat, salt or brine steam, brine concentration 5 %
- Wather path: Experience shower with path for cooling off, four different showers, Kneipp basins and ice grotto
- Kneipp treatment: Immerse your feet in the 36-38 °C warm water for 5 minutes, then in 18 °C cold water for 10-15 seconds. Repeat several times and finish with the cold water bath
- Ice grotto: With ice fountain, Temperature ca. 5 °C
- Zen garden: Relaxation room with relax loungers
- Infrared room: Three luxurious infrared loungers embedded in a nook of arolla pine wood. Length of stay 40 minutes.
- Snack bar: Fresh spring water | fruit juices | selection of teas | dried fruit & nuts
- Hot Whirlpool in the spacious outdoor area
- Outdoor sauna “Karwendelfeuer”: Finnish sauna with a temperature of 90 °C, music system, and regular infusions for a special sauna experience.
- Ladies’ spa: In the Atrium Spa, there is a bio sauna, an infrared cabin, and a relaxation area exclusively for ladies (daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
It’s all about your well-being during your sauna session
At our hotel in Tyrol, you will find the exclusive Yin-Yang pool (with cold and warm water) in the nude outdoor area. A wellness bar with fresh spring water, fruit juices, and healthy snacks awaits you for an all-round wellness experience. Our staff will spoil you with their comprehensive know-how in the areas of wellness and saunas. Enjoy an extra dose of well-being thanks to special scrubs and exfoliants as well as aromatic and original infusions.

The classic sauna area is open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Sunken Temple is open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
